Mutual Audio Format Conversion
Supported Formats: ConvertET supports mutual conversion among MP3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, M4A, and WAV.
MP3: Widely used lossy format, excellent compatibility.
AAC: Advanced lossy format, often better quality than MP3 at the same bitrate, widely adopted by Apple.
FLAC: Lossless compressed format, fully preserves original quality, suitable for archiving.
OGG: Open-source lossy format, good quality, used in games and streaming.
OPUS: Modern lossy format, excels at low bitrates, ideal for voice communication and streaming.
M4A: Apple’s container format, typically AAC encoded.
WAV: Standard Windows format, usually uncompressed, maintains the highest audio fidelity.
Configurable Parameters:
Bitrate: Only available for lossy formats (MP3, AAC, OGG, OPUS, M4A). Options include 128kbps (Standard), 192kbps (High), 256kbps (Very High), or 320kbps (Highest Quality).
Sample Rate: Specifies the output audio’s sample rate. Standard formats support 22050Hz, 44100Hz, 48000Hz; OPUS supports various specialized rates.
